General Guidelines :
Cancellation Policy:
If we have not shipped your package from our warehouse, you can make changes to your order. But if the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel or do any changes to your order.
Exchange Policy :
Your product is eligible for exchange in the following circumstances if the :
- You have received a damaged product. Video of the same should be sent within 24hrs of Delivery
- If you wish to change the size of the product.
( If the size is not readily available, we shall contact you with the new delivery date or shall issue you a coupon which can be utilized within 6 months date of the original purchase).
- If you don’t like the style of the product you ordered.( In this case, you can order a product of the same value or higher value or accept a coupon to be utilized within 6 months from the date of original purchase.)
Return Policy :
Your product is eligible for return within 7 days of receipt of order in the following circumstances :
- You have received a damaged product. Video of the same should be sent within 24hrs of Delivery
- We have send you a wrong style/size/product from the one ordered by you.
Conditions for Exchange/Return of product :
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- In the original packaging, if applicable.
Non – Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items :
- Items marked as “final sale” or non-returnable at checkout.
- Wrong Shipping address: Customers are requested to provide a complete shipping address with an active phone number, Post failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency the package will be returned to our warehouse. If any reshipping requests are raised, customers will have to pay additional shipping charges at actuals.
- Color Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true color of the saree. However, there might be slight color variations due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note color variation or color mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been customized or altered to your specifications.

- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, defective item, or damaged product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be sent a prepaid return label.
- Customer’s Responsibility: If you are returning the item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return safely.
- Processing Time for Returns
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can process the exchange once we receive your returned item. However, exchange availability depends on stock levels.
- If the item you want is out of stock, we will try to customize your request, but delivery time may increase to 30 days.
- You will not incur any additional shipping charges for the exchange if it’s a result of an error on our part.
